RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CELL

Research and development cell of Nilambazar College functions with the aim of promoting research culture among students and faculty members. This cell has been actively in touch with research and extension activities as per the guidelines of NEP 2020. It enhances the knowledge of faculties and students by fulfilling the objectives of Atma-Nirbhar Bharat. Thus the cell mainly focuses on promoting and encouraging research culture in the college among the students and teachers.

Objectives:

• To generate interest among the students and teachers towards research and innovation.
• To guide and encourage the teachers to undertake major /minor research work of UGC.
• To promote research in various departments of the college.
• To ensure smooth functioning and effective management of research and development cell.
